マーケットピークとは

「マーケットピーク」とは、ドバイに本拠地があるとされる暗号資産の運用とマルチ商法を組み合わせた投資案件です。
「ジュビリーエース」「マイニングエクスプレス」「プランスゴールド」と同じポンジスキームです。

　府警によると、9人はアラブ首長国連邦のドバイに拠点があるとされる「マーケットピーク」が扱う仮想通貨への投資を勧誘。20代の若者を中心に2515人から約7億7500万円を集めていたと府警はみている。

　生活経済課によると、逮捕されたのは、東京都港区の無職坂本昂洋（33）▽大阪市中央区の無職脇田健史（28）▽同市北区の無職丸田勇剛（23）――の各容疑者や大学生3人を含む計9人。

　昨年6～9月、当時大学生の男女3人に対し、大阪市内などで「解約できない」などとうその説明をし、契約書なども交付せず、マーケットピークへの投資を勧誘した疑いがある。9人は勧誘の際、他人に紹介すれば出資金の8%、その人がさらに別の人に紹介すれば2%の「紹介報酬」がそれぞれもらえるなどと説明していたという。

　同課によると、マーケットピークは、約2年前からSNSなどで大学生らの間で勧誘が広がっていた。府警は昨年10月、消費者金融から借金をした大学生から相談を受け、捜査していたという。

The statements presented are used solely to damage our client’s reputation by falsely accusing them of fraudulent actions. These allegations serve solely to denigrate and disparage our client and have no basis in fact. The false and defamatory allegations in the articles at issue may deter potential customers and prevent them from participating.
